I hate having to watch it as an employee though.

It happened when I was buying my burger from the fast food diner the other night, but the man toiling the cash register was yelling at one of their coworkers who was behind the grill. The back plus forth discussion turned into an outright argument as things began to get honestly heated. I was feeling slightly awkward having to witness the whole process unfold, especially since I just wanted to get my burger plus leave the diner altogether… Luckily, one of the supervisors stepped in to end the argument before it got physical. He had been reported to HR on two separate other openings before I reported him myself, and working in any environment can be difficult when you have unscrupulous employees who aren’t following the rules.
