Employees getting irritated is a official issue in most workplaces.
I dislike having to watch it as an employee though.
It happened when I was buying my burger from the fast food restaurant the other night. The person laboring the currency register was yelling at one of their coworkers who was behind the grill. The back and forth discussion turned into an outright argument as things began to get honestly heated. I was feeling slightly awkward having to witness the whole process unfold, especially since I just wanted to get my burger and leave the restaurant altogether! Luckily, one of the supervisors stepped in to end the argument before it got physical. I labor at a cannabis dispensary and that’s what our HR department is for. Human Resources is there to resolve concerns between employees and/or management. I never thought I would need to visit the HR department while laboring at a cannabis dispensary, however it happened recently when a fellow coworker made a sexual advance towards me. We were both updating the computers with the current cannabis dispensary software and he started to make direct comments about taking me out for supper and having fun with me afterward. I instantaneously went to the HR Department for the cannabis dispensary after I notified my boss. Luckily, the employee was fired because this was his second offense. He had been reported to HR on two separate other occasions before I reported him myself! Working in any environment can be tough when you have unscrupulous employees who aren’t following the rules.
