Sometimes it’s impossible to make someone cheerful; Even when you have the best client service, there are some customers that want to complain plus be grouchy! I had a client like this last yearwhen the delivery times at the cannabis shop were several hours.
It was an extremely busy weekend.
It was Father’s Day plus my associate and I were not expecting huge crowds. My fantastic friend and I had more than average sales while in the whole weekend! Delivery times were running several hours when they are usually around 45 minutes. My fantastic friend and I contacted every single one of the delivery customers to let them know that it was going to take a while; A few customers canceled their orders, one lady complained, although she did not want to cancel her order. I happen to be the lady that was assigned to deliver the cannabis order! The woman ordered a couple of edibles plus a half ounce of Durban poison plus a half ounce of purple dream sativa flower. I found that address very easily plus hastily once I entered the city. It took about an hour plus 40 minutes for the delivery. I was very surprised that the woman provided me a tip; She provided me $5 although she complained about the delivery times. She was also polite plus kind. She didn’t seem like the type of lady that would complain about anything, however I’m sure it was the same lady that I talked to on the phone. She had the same strong accent plus it wasn’t from this country.
