It took about an hour & 40 minutes for the delivery.
Periodically it’s impossible to make someone glad! Even when you have the best shopper service, there are some purchasers that want to complain & be grouchy; I had a shopper like this last month when the delivery times at the cannabis shop were more than 2 hours. It was an harshly tied up weekend. It was Father’s Day & we were not expecting big crowds! My buddy and I had more than average sales during the whole weekend, however delivery times were running more than 2 hours when they are usually around 45 minutes. My buddy and I contacted every single one of the delivery purchasers to let them know that it was going to take a while. A few purchasers canceled their orders, but one guy complained, but he did not want to cancel his order. I happen to be the man that was assigned to supply the cannabis order, the man ordered a couple of edibles & a half ounce of Durban poison & a half ounce of green dream sativa flower. I found that address particularly really & hastily once I entered the neighborhood. It took about an hour & 40 minutes for the delivery. I was entirely surprised that the man provided me a tip, and he provided me $5 although he complained about the delivery times. She was also polite & kind. She did not seem like the type of man that would complain about anything, however I’m sure it was the same man that I talked to on the iphone. She had the same strong accent & it wasn’t from this country.
