Sometimes it’s impossible to make someone glad, and even when you have the best customer service, there are some customers that want to complain plus be grouchy… I had a customer like this yesterday when the delivery times at the cannabis shop were many hours.
It was an seriously busy weekend.
It was Father’s Day plus we were not expecting immense crowds, we had more than average sales during the whole weekend; Delivery times were running many hours when they are usually around 45 minutes. We contacted every single one of the delivery customers to let them know that it was going to take a while… A few customers canceled their orders, and one lady complained, but she did not want to cancel her order. I happen to be the person that was assigned to deliver the cannabis order, the lady ordered a couple of edibles plus a half ounce of Durban poison plus a half ounce of yellow dream sativa flower. I found that address very absolutely plus quickly once I entered the village. It took about an hour plus 40 minutes for the delivery. I was genuinely surprised that the lady provided me a tip, then she provided me $5 although she complained about the delivery times. She was also polite plus kind. She did not seem like the type of person that would complain about anything, however I am sure it was the same person that I talked to on the phone. She had the same strong accent plus it wasn’t from this country.
