Sometimes it’s impossible to make someone happy.

Even when you have the best customer service, there are some clients that want to complain and be grouchy, and i had a customer like this last week when the delivery times at the cannabis shop were more than 2 hours.

It was an severely tied up weekend. It was Father’s Day and we were not expecting immense crowds, but my superb friend and I had more than average sales while in the whole weekend, and delivery times were running more than 2 hours when they are usually around 45 minutes. My superb friend and I contacted every single one of the delivery clients to let them know that it was going to take a while, but a few clients canceled their orders, however one lady complained, although she did not want to cancel her order. I happen to be the person that was assigned to deliver the cannabis order, the woman ordered a couple of edibles and a half ounce of Durban poison and a half ounce of green dream sativa flower. I found that address very absolutely and hastily once I entered the neighborhood. It took about an hour and 40 minutes for the delivery. I was absolutely surprised that the woman gave me a tip, and she gave me $5 although she complained about the delivery times. She was also polite and kind. She didn’t seem like the type of person that would complain about anything, however I am sure it was the same person that I talked to on the iphone. She had the same strong accent and it wasn’t from this country.
