Around here is a period called Hurricane Season. This is a stage of the year lasting for more than two to 4 months, where the weather conditions are perfect for generating the most intense storms. Every year there are multiple hurricanes, tropical storms, plus tropical depressions, any of which will wreak havoc on us. I consistently keep a well-stocked pantry filled with bottles of water plus cans of food, just in case of an emergency. There are also other kinds of supplies I need to have on hand. When I heard the news about the storm bearing down on us, I made a quick trip out to both the liquor store plus the local cannabis dispensary; Quite frankly I would ensure a healthy supply of bourbon plus cannabis before I will get upset about food plus water. There is every chance that at some point I will probably lose electricity plus WIFI, at which point cannabis plus bourbon will be my only means of passing the time. Since I don’t own a generator, when the lights go out, they stay out. Fortunately cannabis doesn’t require electricity, just a trusty lighter. With that in mind, I obtained a 6-pack of lighters while I was going to see the local cannabis dispensary. I am still waiting for the storm to make landfall, so I am enjoying the Weather Channel updates plus portioning out the sack of cannabis I just obtained. Half of the cannabis will stay in my wooden “weed box” where I keep all my supplies, but the other few grams will be sealed in a jar plus hidden away as my emergency supply.
