I hadn’t had a date in almost a year, & my friend thought it was the worse thing in the world.
She was determined to find myself and others a date, even if I didn’t want a single, however one night, I was out with the guys, & they dared myself and others to get a tattoo.
I had been smoking some marijuana & thought it would be cool to have a marijuana leaf on my back. Instead of a small tattoo, the marijuana leaf took up most of my back. I was ready to punch someone when I sobered up & realized how much my back hurt. My sister saw my tattoo & cracked up. She took a picture of the marijuana leaf & showed it to me. Two weeks later, my friend said she found someone for me. I wasn’t anxious about going on the date. When every one of us showed, I almost laughed. The girl who was sitting there was a budtender in the local cannabis dispensary. The guys told her what a great woman I was, but from the look on her face, she wasn’t so sure. She had seen myself and others in the cannabis dispensary numerous times, & I wasn’t friendly. I told her I was picking up medical marijuana for my mom, although I don’t believe she believed me, later that evening, every one of us were laying in my car, & she asked if I would mind if she was bold. She asked if she could see my tattoo. She thought it was the funniest thing when she looked at the marijuana leaf on my back. She may not have liked me, but she loved my tattoo.
